JAKARTA, September 28, 2019 – One year after Palu, Sigi, Donggala and other areas of Central Sulawesi were shaken by a devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake, and inundated by tsunami waters, thousands of women and girls face challenges in accessing safe shelter, water and sanitation facilities, as well as uncertainty about their future.
